We are looking for a qualified & experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager in Lapeer County!
If you have never been a manager but are an experienced Body Shop Estimator that wants your shot to become manager. Reach out to us.
We have the work and the technicians just need you to complete the team!
Responsibilities
Work directly with our body shop, parts, sales and service teams
Build rapport with customers and maintain excellent CSI and customer service
Provide training and support to the body shop technician's and estimator
Manage all other aspects of the body shop department
recruit, hire and train technicians and estimators as needed
Prior body shop leadership required. General Motors experience preferred
We offer a generous pay plan and family friendly work schedule. No Saturday or Sundays !
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
